Yearbook Club

Covering the Walden Beat! Yearbook Club provides students in Grades 7 & 8 with the opportunity to learn and take ownership of yearbook writing, editing, photography and design. Kids will learn the ins and outs of producing a publication using not only digital technology, but good old-fashioned interviewing and reporting skills! Coordinating with other ELMS students on story ideas, classroom contributions, and on making posters to distribute yearbook information will also show this young newsroom staff the real value of project leadership and collaboration. The club will meet once a week on Friday afternoons from 3-4PM, starting on December 3 and continuing throughout the 2021-2022 school year. Snacks will be provided!
