The children have been working diligently on descriptive writing about their chosen nutcracker. Paragraphs include rich details and figurative language to help the reader envision the nutcracker without the visual. Writing conventions continue to be practiced as well as paragraph structure. 

Next on the docket is informational writing about various topics from the solar system.
